Feature Ideation on VR application

• Create a situational analysis of the market and evaluate our current position through a Strategic Characterization Matrix
• Utilizing a Strength-Weakness Matrix of your choice map out the current strengths and weaknesses of the product
• Suggest a feature(s) to improve the Scapic editor. Describe the vision of the feature(s) you want to develop and how you would measure its success
• Identify potential capitalization options and create a pricing strategy for the Scapic Editor
• Assume that the next release of the product needs to have a Payment Layer added to it i.e. we start to charge our users on a SaaS model. Develop a user story map for this version of the release that includes a release roadmap and create a detailed user flow that covers the features of the first release for the design and development team. Walk us through the entire process and tell us how you will manage this product release?
• Pick three user stories you would develop first from your user story map and write BDD styled detailed specifications
• Identify potential competitors for Scapic and give a comparison table

Map Integration to ERP
You are the product manager in charge of a SaaS mapping platform, MapMakers. Currently, it has global coverage with terrain, road, elevation and satellite imagery data and a routing API. You have existing clients such as food/retail companies such as KFC, Pizza chains where you load the client’s location data and present them to their customers. The sales team has pitched your product to hotel chains like Hilton, Weston, Sheraton. However today these prospects do not see the value in your product given there are similar options, i.e. Google/Bing maps which are very cheap and robust, and the MapMakers product currently does not have any competitive advantages. The executives at MapMakers wants to displace Google/Bing out of those accounts with a differentiated product offering.
